East Vancouver Bathroom

The original bathroom of this East Vancouver residence was cramped and outdated. A wall carrying the shower and tub plumbing located just to the left of a very narrow sink cabinet was a restrictive element in the room. The new design eliminates the wall separating the sink and tub. White and grey Carrera Marble was chosen as the primary material to increase the sense of light and space in the room. A custom walnut cabinet includes a marble nook from the tubside for the storage of bath products while a ledge at the window extends from the window into the shower to provide extra storage space.
